How is commission tracked? ▾
Each partner receives a unique referral URL with UTM parameters and an optional Stripe discount code. Customers signing up via your link are tagged at signup and at checkout. Commission accrues on every successful invoice for 12 months from their first paid charge.
What happens after 12 months? ▾
Commission stops; the customer continues paying SaaSFort directly. Most consultants we talked to charge their clients separately for ongoing engagement, so the SaaSFort layer becomes pure software cost after the first year.
Can I white-label or co-brand? ▾
Not in v1. We want every referred customer to know they are buying SaaSFort directly — that protects both the price point and the audit trust. We will revisit white-label for high-volume partners after the program matures.
Are there exclusivity or quota requirements? ▾
No. Refer one client a year or twenty — your link stays live. We may sunset partner accounts that produce zero traffic for 12 consecutive months, but there is no penalty for low volume.
